Jamoval group is a family business with more than 40 years of history. It started as a little butcher's shop, situated in Moncada, where the ham was tradionally salted and cured for sale. With interest for progress and the passion for this product the first “cure factory” was installed, also in Moncada.
After several years the factory became too small and to be able to increase the production we mowed to Náquera, a village in the Calderona mountains.
Jamoval is a company with modern equipment and a production concept which give more value to the quality than to other factors like productivity and costs. Together with a team of high – qualified and experienced people we have reach a good situating in this sector and to be recognized for the special flavour and quality of our products.
